4031 Capital Partners aims to invest in and maximize the long-term success of established businesses in southern Ontario with a people-first approach where everybody thrives.

We believe trust is the foundation of every relationship, so we strive to ensure our thoughts, words, and actions align for the benefit of those we serve.

Since we believe we are all on equal footing before God, we treat others as better than ourselves so everyone knows they have an important part to play.

We believe investing in businesses is a gift and blessing, so we commit to being generous to our employees and stakeholders, as well as to those in our communities experiencing need.
Our Practices
As we seek to daily live out our values, here are a few key practices to which we are committed:

We will intentionally develop current and emerging senior leadership in the businesses in which we invest.

We will communicate with consistency, openness, and transparency to all our team members who are part of the businesses in which we invest.

We are not the experts in operating the businesses in which we invest, so we will listen and learn before acting.
04
We will donate approximately 10% of net income before taxes to faith-based charitable causes, particularly those that serve children, youth, and women experiencing vulnerability or oppression.
