Meet John
John Locke is a seasoned senior executive with more than 35 years of experience providing strategic, financial, and operational leadership to privately owned and publicly traded companies.
He has held C-suite and board-level roles across manufacturing, engineered equipment, steel, automotive, insurance, and consulting, with a strong track record in P&L leadership, corporate development, acquisitions, greenfield expansion, and complex turnarounds. John has served as CEO, President, and CFO, leading multi-site international operations, negotiating large-scale banking facilities, implementing enterprise technology systems, and restoring distressed businesses to profitability. A Chartered Accountant by training, John brings a disciplined, hands-on approach to value creation, governance, and operational excellence, with a passion for building strong teams and sustainable businesses.
Meet Steve
Steve’s career has always been about building things — not just companies, but the teams and systems that make them exceptional. Trained as an Electrical Engineer with a minor in Management Science, he quickly found his sweet spot at the intersection of technology, construction, and operations.
Over the years, Steve has worn nearly every hat there is: sales, engineering, project management, supply chain, COO, and CEO. He’s started businesses, scaled them, bought and sold them — and learned what it takes to keep customers delighted and teams performing at their best.
